Individual company for engineering services (EIRELI) maintained by  MSc-ENG MARCOS GUIMARÃES CASTELLO BRANCO, to provide consulting services and professional / technical training in areas such as Radiocommunication, Satellite Communication, Smart Grid, Smart City e IoT (Internet of Things).

Mr.Castello Branco is a Master in Science (MSc) and researcher in Electric Engineering - Telecommunication post-graduated at CETUC-PUC/RJ (Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro) with more than 30 years of experience acting as researcher, manager and Project coordinator in very importante institutions such as Brazilian Navy , EMBRATEL, TELEBRÁS and CPqD R&D Foundation.

Mr. Castello Branco has also been a teacher at Centro de Instruções Almirante Wanderkolk and at Escola Naval  - Marinha do Brasil (Brazilian Navy School - RJ), Mackensie Institute (SP), PUC-Poços de Caldas (Catholic University - MG).​

Mr. Castello Branco  was Vice-Chairman of the Study Group 4 (SG4 - Satellite Services) in ITU-R (Radiocommunication Sector - International Telecommunication Union) from 2003 to 2011.

From 2013 to 2015 Mr. Castello Branco worked as Technical Coordinator of  the SDR-D Project - Sofware Defined Radio for Defense - conducted by CPqD for the Brazilian Army Technical Center CTEx - Centro de Tecnologia do Exército.

Since then, Mr. Castello Branco has been working for  MARCB04 as an independent consultant with offices in Brazil and US
